Dear colleagues,
during the day a new release will be rolled out on all websites. The new release will bring the following changes:
- Reworked Carousel – We have reworked the old Carousel Container content element and made some significant changes. We have deleted the container behavior and reduced the handling down to one element. The new usability of the Carousel is now configured so that you can maintain your content in the same content element. After this change the backend will look much clearer and organized.
How the new Carousel works
Renamed to Carousel and modified icon.
Instead of selecting new content elements in the container as before, you now create carousel content via "Elements".
Selecting an image is required for the time being so that texts and links can be inserted.
Nothing has changes for the display.
- Optimization on Job-Advertisement
- Disabled Heatmap – We have developed a query if your Google Maps API key is not set or incorrect, the heatmap of the job-advertisement will be disabled automatically.
- Linkable pages – You are now able to link a selected page for contact option, inside the detailed job offers. This option allows you to link pages with contact forms for to receive applications.
Reset button job offers filter – We have added the “Reset” option for the job offers overview if the filter was used.
- There was a problem with non-German pages that the wrong language was displayed in the meta tag on all websites. We have now solved the problem.
- PIM-Layout Behavior – If there are no images on product detailed pages then the text block will be displayed on the left side without a big empty gab.
- We have extended the space between the product hero and the following product-information on PIM-Websites.
